Documents Required for Individual/Proprietor Applicant:

Passport Size Photo of Applicant (1 Photo).

Applicant’s photo I.D. proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card or Driving License or Passport or Voter ID card).

Residential address proof (Electricity Bill or Property Tax Paid Receipt or Rent Agreement).

Place of business address proof (Electricity Bill or Property Tax Paid Receipt or Rent Agreement).

Actual photo of the establishment (Shop or Office) in which signboard and owner of the establishment are clearly visible.

Copy of license, registration which is mandatory under any law from any authority before starting of business (Example: excise permit for liquor shop, drugs department permit for medical store, FSSAI license for dairy products shop etc.)

All Documents mentioned above are compulsory
